The FireBallV includes a volume control for Harmonica and beatbox. The FireBallV is a professional dynamic microphone specially designed for harmonica. It is well suited for both diatonic and chromatic instruments. Characterized with a cardioid pick-up pattern and a smooth, uniform frequency response of 50–15k, the FireBall will handle both live sound and studio applications. The microphone is clear, accurate, and capable of handling sound pressure levels in excess of 140 dB without distortion. In addition to harmonica, the FireBall can also be utilized for saxophone, brass, flute, and vocals. Transformerless design, low impedance, and balanced output allow interference-free performance, even with long cable runs. The FireBall consists of a durable steel mesh grill with a CNC machined aluminum body that is coated with a three-stage anodizing process.

Works great
I’m not very experienced with many mics so don’t look into my review too much but the best part is the volume wheel. It’s placed perfectly! The only thing that bothers me is how close my mouth has to be to get good bass (I beat box). I also don’t like how the best bass comes from one exact position on the top center of the mic only. The mic is definitely less distorted sounding than my shure SM58.

Fireball V New
Thats what i expected of the mic. Size is unusually small, but usability is great, dont be afraid of its size. At $100-150 my best choice for beatbox and loopstation-fun.
