Had to chase them down to find out they didn't have the kits I ordered, which is why they didn't ship. After I asked I was told they were waiting for them from the manufacturer and they would ship them out the next day. Didn't happen and finally had to call the business to get an update. Ultimately agreed to a slightly different kit and after that it arrived quickly and they were great kits.
