The design on the mouthpiece is pretty cool. All joints came intact and in working order. The case also very nice and easy to open/close. Not difficult to produce a sound which makes it a great option for beginners. Easily worth it, I would buy from this seller again no hesitation.

Flute came in a hard case with cleaning rod and white gloves. Mouth piece has a nice scroll design for that something extra. The price was reasonable. The flute should last for many years. The item was very good looking and appeared to be expensive. Customer service was great. A fast shipper that was willing to hold package a few days when asked. The strings were cheap and needed replaced since they were too thin, but they worked out of the box.

The packaging could’ve been better in the box, arrived, torn, and not a lot of padding in the in the package. Fortunately, the guitar was not damaged at all, but a note to seller. It would be good to package these better.
