Seller offered return or discount. I opted for the very fair discount and the money was in my PayPal account in minutes. Excellent communication and package arrived on time.

    The item matched the description perfectly and functions well. There was a delay in shipping but was at no fault what so ever of the seller. They rectified the issue with the shipping company quickly. The item was packaged nicely and safely. Also I paid a good price for the condition.     MTH TIU

    Very well manufactured and durable. It has separate fuses for the 4 Inputs and it is easy to remove the back with four screws and appears to be easy to replace the fuses, although I have not had to do that. I wish there was a good source of Instructions for all of the functions especially the Microphone Input and the Audio Input. Also, the pictures of the new versions of the TIU do not always show the USB Input. The USB Input is necessary for connecting the new WiFi Unit. Finally, the manner of "updating" the software and the miserable Instructions for doing so, are HIDEOUS!!! You can only update if you have a PC (NOT Mac compatible!), and even then it is not at all an easy update. After more that an hour of frustrating attempts to update, my son an I (he is very computer savvy), ...
