    Very Biblically based.

    The author uses her own life struggles to help and encourage her readers. There is a chapter that examines life with you own mother which was really helpful to me. She also spends a chapter talking about women's hormones. What I learned there I wish I had known years ago. It's very Biblically based and a lot of it is scripture retold in the authors own words. This book was very strengthening to my faith.
