Makes Life Easy, AweSOME
No cons, just a great product. Prepare a meal, load it into the steamer, set the timer, walk away. Return, the meal is hot, moist, ready to eat. Great way to reheat leftovers, food is moist, taste just like it was just prepared. Got bread you are thinking about throwing out because its a few days old. Put it in the steamer and bring it back to life. Bread is warm, moist and soft. Great product.

So glad I was able to find a brand new steamer that’s never been used. I appreciate the fact that you worked with me on a fair price. It’s a little bit smaller than my old steamer by Black & Decker but it will work fine for what I use it for vegetables, etc. thanks for shipping it out in a fast and timely manner. Just what I needed!
I love my steamer, got it probably 30 years ago, but the bowl was falling apart. So happy to have the replacement part and keep on using the steamer! Thanks!

My wife loves this!

Lightweight and so easy to use.
We have been using this steamer/rice cooker for years. We love doing our rice to make Chinese Style Fried Rice and we put carrots, potatoes and onion together and get suc good tast in our veggies:)

Terrific.
This is the best rice steamer compared to all the "new" ones on the market. We have used this steamer for many years. Our last one was no longer useful, so finding this one is wonderful. We tried doing rice on various products and had no luck. Too bad Black & Decker, or someone does not put these back on the market. We are so glad to get the one we recently found and purchased it.

Light weight,very useful
I like this steamer, it is easy to use, it cleans up nice & quickly. It doesn’t take up much space.

Easy to use & clean
I love this item and was disappointed it isn't sold anymore, until this. I tried a different steamer, but this one is so much easier to use; just set the timer and go. My food always come out just right. It also is a breeze to clean.

Although not in the original box, it doesn't look like this unit has ever been used. Even included the owner's manual!
