The shipping was fast, the packaging was good, but item was not as described. I wanted a 37mm watch (described) but the watch was actually 35mm instead when received. I believe the seller copy-pasted the description from another watch or sth. Now, the reason I am giving a positive + experience is because communication was very open with the store and they even offered me 50% refund because of the mistake. Thank you!.

I found the quality of the watch far exceeds the price. I needed a little extra help with an issue and was rewarded with excellent customer service. All told, they are a great experience.

Also, the shipping was fast, the item was packaged well for shipping, and I am pleased that the seller responded to my offer.
