Better than I expected!
A lot of great info in this book. Covers how to set all different types of steel, and snair traps for small, and Big Game. Informative
Learn about animals commonly trapped for fur. Teaches techniques for trapping handling common animals trapped for fur etc. A lot of great foundation material about animals and there enviornment/habitat. Also where and how to place or make traps. For the price great book, illustrations are good and plentiful.

REAL Outdoorsman..... this is a must have!!
An entire full page on Deer tracks and what they mesn, scared, st ease, broken leg, gut shot..... do you know which is which? OF COURSE NOT. Not only how to trap every critter in the woods, but get to know their habits. THIS book is a treasure of lost knowledge. Get it. Keep it. Get to know what you could never get anywhere else. Not what I was looking for.
This is not really a book on trapping. It has some useful information about animals, but the traps are dead falls and more of survival trapping methods. I hoped it would be more modern methods.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Great details a must need for a trapper !
It is a great detail book with illustrations and how to and even breaks down what triggers the trap to go off. It does help if you have someone actually showing you as you read the book but that is to boost your confidence on you building it just the way it is in the book. Excellent book to have even if you're not a hunter -- it may come in handy if you find yourself lost in the woods or stuck in a Worst case scenario situation.
