Mind Blowing!!!
This movie is so awesome; I've watched it over and over again!! It really holds true to the spirit of the amines; weaving in threads from the original and the SAC series as well as other ideas in order to create something new and innovative!! Wether you are already a fan of the Ghost in the Shell genre or are just getting your feet wet, this movie will blow your mind! Definitely worth having!!!

Pretty Good
This movie was pretty good. It wasn't an exact copy of the anime series or the movie, but I didn't expect a live action movie could hold up to the original. Still, it's got an even mix of both, so that keeps it entertaining and fairly true to the arc the fans love about the Major and Section 9. Some things have been changed around and it does feel a little off, but overall I enjoyed it. The actors were great, costuming and makeup were spot on and it had a compelling storyline. Worth a watch.

Excellent action packed movie!!! Loved it. Hope there will be a sequel and that Scarlett is involved again. Glad I bought it.

Visually Stunning
I was always a big fan of Ghost in the Shell having seen all of them. I was very excited to see a live action version. When Scarlett Johansson, I wasn't upset by the 'white washing of the character' as the character always looked more western than Asian in the original. What I was upset by was completely re-writing her history for the sake of a story line and not a very original story line. The movie otherwise is excellent an worth seeing simply for the visuals and special effects.

Ghost in the Shell
Good movie, I watched it twice, so far. Based in the not so distant future of what the lives of people on earth may and could be like. We are already experimenting with robotics and who knows what else the government it working on. But, you know everything is possible in the movies.

Unfortunately the disks I ordered came with the laser ends facing each other, the plastic slip to protect them was behind the disks instead of in between them. Disks have murky scratches but otherwise play well. Grateful for that, thank you.

Great action movie
Scarlett Johansson does it again. She is a super fine lady and a great actress. Loved the movie.

Thought provoking!
Having not followed Japanese Animae, and not being familiar with the series, I, none the less, found it entertaining, exciting, and worth the investment of money, and time!

Revise and Update from 2017 version.
Anime version is better than the movie, disappointed that the Tachicomas were not present in the movie seeing that it was Futuristic scene.
