It wasn't running and had a broken crystal and he went above and beyond to track down the parts and communicate every step of the way. Extremely reasonable price considering the amount of time he had to put in to get the necessary parts in addition to the basic service. I will definitely be sending my watches to Ben in the future for any servicing. A++
