I appreciate you answering my questions as well, he was packaged well. I overall had a great experience buying Hugo, his shipping was fast too. I have also set crystals by him and lit a sage candle to keep the environment cleansed. He has shown activity by changing a song on the TV as well 🫶🏻. He is my first haunted doll and i am glad to have purchased my first haunted doll from you
