The scale lies! Body fat monitor is the way to go for weight loss.
This product is easy to use and gives you the information you need to see actual fat loss happening even though your scale may not be moving. Muscle weighs more than fat, and when you are working out and trying to lose weight, muscle takes the place of fat, therefore the scale doesn't move but your clothes do. This is a great visual and helps keep you on track. I definitely recommend it. Gives me the same bodyfat reading as my fitbit scale. (I just dont like going on my scale all the time!)

Great product!
Great product! It's a little dinged up but it works perfectly fine and for the price it was a steal! A brand new one would easily go for $100 or more

Portable & Easy to Use
Portable, easy to use... I’m a personal trainer and needed a body fat meter I could take to my client sessions. This one was a perfect solution.

Happy consumer
Omron bmi monitor has always worked well for me!!! I've used them in the past at my gym and having one at home makes it much easier to keep track of my progress. Highly recommend

Accurate and easy to use
I’ve used scales that measure all sorts of details but feel that this is way more accurate. Definitely worth the investment if trying to lose weight

Works as expected.
Works as expected. Price seems higher than the exact one that I purchased last year. I suspect that might have something to do with the current supply chain issues from China, so no worries.

Great Product and Great Price
