Exactly what the doctor ordered

Mowing again, next mower will not be a Toro...
This belt is replacing 2 brand new Toro belts that did not last 1 day of mowing. it is slightly a bigger diameter and does not come off when mowing. That was the issue with the Toro belts, it seems that the stock belt is too long after the mower wears in, meaning that it has too much wear somewhere but it is not economically feasible to replace everything when the stock belts do not work. Fit perfectly. Mower is 5 years old and now working like new. I was a little surprised that I needed to remove the engine and rear axle in order to install the new belt but after finding a nice place in the shade with support for the mower the installation went well.
