A book of surprising beauty, imagination, and creativity!
A surprisingly beautiful and well-made book, this is a sticker book that will bring endless delight to anyone who appreciates that stickers can be used to enhance correspondence, books, envelopes, cards, or any craft project you may be working on. These are quality stickers in vibrant colors, and the array of choices is nothing short of incredible. If you can imagine it, there's a good chance it's in this sticker book! There are Victorian style stickers, Art Deco stickers, and more modern stickers, and the themes keep changing from page to page. Imagine stickers of animals and birds (some fanciful), and all manner of creatures. There are design motifs of all types, and alphabet letters. There are plenty featuring people, and the book is a browser's delight, even if you don't actually use any of the amazingly artistic stickers within its bindings. If you're a sticker enthusiast and appreciate a beautifully-made book with a sturdy cover that should hold up to a great deal of handling, this is the book for you. I deem it an excellent value! I have never encountered anything remotely similar to this wonderful book. Exactly what it says
I am delighted with my copy of The Antiquarian Sticker Book. This hard-bound book contains over 1,000 stickers from the style of the Victorian Age, in beautiful color and fine detail. It covers many topics including flowers, birds and animals, as well as people in various activities. They are rendered in the style used during that period which makes them charming and elegant or humorous. They are in matte finish, and while I bought the book for use in college art projects, I can see that they could be used in numerous ways. You Need This Book for Vintage Papercrafting!
If you love vintage papercrafting, you will love these stickers. In fact, you NEED to have them! These are wonderful for cards, scrapbooking, art journals and junk journals.
