I have contacted the seller 4 times to ask for details but received no response. It is also an old, second hand piece of equipment and I need to check the function of it before my 30 day buyers protection runs out. As it is, the machine is useless to me because I cannot power it, and it forms a financial risk as I am about to lose protection. I want my money back.
