Easy to swallow, good absorbtion, great price...:-}
I like this calcium because it covers a wide range of my concerns, such as bio-availability, ease of taking, capsules are so much easier to swallow than the large calcium tablets. I give them to my elderly Father & he has no problem swallowing them. Good product and I recommend it
I've been using this product for many years. Calcium citrate breaks down easier than any other calcium. I used to purchase calcium and magnesium with a one to one ratio, but found my system couldn"t handle that much magnesium. So, I switched, and purchase Magnesium from Solray separately. That way I can control the dose. It eliminates the runs. Also, I take vitamin k2 with the Calcium. It helps deliver it to the bones rather then the heart.
