Looks terrific on blu ray. Sorry not all the bonus material made it from the DVD sets.
Much like its predecessor, Batman: the Animated Series, this is a series I greatly enjoyed as a youngster and was extremely excited to see released on a vastly superior format than DVD. The colors and clarity for the most part absolutely pop on blu ray. The one thing I was rather sad about with this release was the decision to NOT include all the commentaries from the DVD sets. In my mind, on any blu ray release we should always get MORE or at least AS MUCH as we had on the DVD release, and this was an instance where I think WB dropped the ball. There were 11 total commentaries spanning 50+ episodes on the on the DVD sets, and with this release only four commentaries made the transfer. As a bit of a geeky fan, I like every bit of bonus material I can get, and I can't believe WB couldn't be bothered to add the additional audio tracks. Remembering a great Saturday morning cartoon

Another amazing high-def DC animated series on Blu-ray!
Warner Bros does it again! First, they brought Batman The Animated Series to Blu-ray in a restored high-def transfer that looked way better than the DVDs. Then they brought us Batman Beyond. Again, a stellar transfer. Now, they bring us Superman The Animated Series and again the quality of the transfers is top-notch. This show is beautiful.
