    The product was incorrect. I requested a return and paid for the label that they sent me. The item was never received according to them. Seems like it was meant to cross the ocean and lost because it was an overseas company and poor shipping habits. I would NEVER purchase from this company. In communicating they don't even understand the problem. They just repeat things that make no sense. I would not use them for their ability to communicate and understand is very lacking.

    Premium Shears

    I have owned many Kershaw pocket knives in the past, so when I saw the KAI name in these shears, I put trust in their product. I was not disappointed. These shears are heavy duty. The handles are extremely comfortable, blades are super sharp. More than up to the challenge for any cutting task I put in front of it. Easy disassembly for cleaning. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another pair for myself or as a gift to someone deserving of them.

    Excellent but expensive.

    These are well made shears and they work very well. They are sharp and are comfortable. I rated these are 4 stars because I think the similar Kershaw shears are every bit as good as shears at a third of the price. The Shun has a better handle that is more accommodating to a range of hand sizes. I wish they did not have what seems like a screwdriver blade. Not needed and it tends to stick me when I pick them up. I'm happy with the purchase and I think anyone who gets a pair will be pleased with them
