Nicely done
Nicely made product at a very attractive price. Fits my 2006 BMW Z4 perfectly. I had heard that the mounting holes need to be augured out a bit to fit over the strut bolts, but I found that with a few light blows from a rubber hammer they went on fine. I like that you can undo the bar and tilt it up if you have to get at the engine, a nice touch. I haven't gotten the car back on the track yet, but I do expect it to be more rigid than before. I think the Z4 roadster really needs this bar to help rigidize the front end and help the firewalll-to-strut bars work. I have heard tales (and seen photos) of the bars rippled loose from the strut towers. I also recommend buying the strut reinforcement plates that install beneath the strut towers and help keep it from mushrooming. I was concerned that with the reinforcement plates there wouldn't be enough bolt thread left to install the strut bar, but it was just perfect.

Easy install. Great item!
Got this item and admired it for a minute for its craftsmanship. Lightweight and super easy/simple to install. Took minutes to install. Great product. I recommend disconnecting the bar from the bracket and mounting brackets to strut towers first. Then connect the bar. Remember to tighten strut tower bolts to OEM torque specs (my Z4 is 25 foot pounds). Handling and stiffness will improve your turning and cornering. It’s a great and inexpensive mod for your car. Overall, a good strut brace for the money.
Good light weight design. Adjustable in case you change your camber. The aluminum welding is very good, however, the steel welding on the attach brackets is poor.
