USPS continues to have issues with timely delivery. I recommend a street address, so UPS can deliver...I may consider cancelling sales that do not have a street address for the Address of Record with EBay.

I would note that the condition of the decoy was stated as excellent however there was a broken piece off of a tail feather. If you hunt for it in the picture you will see it however, I missed it. Typically when dealing with carvings of this nature any imperfections would be noted in the description. I do not fully blame the seller, I should have seen it but it should also have been noted in the description it would not make it in excellent condition.
