They work!
They work! After struggling with 2 remotes on 2 different sets for some time (one to turn it on and off and one to change channels and volume), I ordered these. The old ones were taking longer and longer to work at all. My husband and I couldn't make them work, but fortunately have kids, and our daughter got them both working for us. It took her a few minutes to program them, using an on-line u-tube video to help. We feel like we are living in a brand-new world. Our remotes work with ease. They arrived in short order and they were very reasonably priced.

Item did not work, so I took it apart an...
Item did not work, so I took it apart and the inside was filled with pink sticky stuff, so I washed it all out and put it back together, now it works great.

Easy to use
We already had one of these remotes from Cox but it accidently was broken and could not be repaired. We purchased this one as a replacement. No problems -- works great.
