They told me they'd check on it or replace it. Item finally started moving through the postal service. Item arrived October 7th. Great communication with seller. I recommend.

Seller contacted them and got them on the ball. The quality of the hat, condition, value and appearance were all great. Seller went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied even though the shipping process was horrible, but not his fault. I will definitely by from this seller again.
