Not up to expectations
Having enjoyed owning a pair of RS135 Sennheisers for a number of years, I decided to treat myself to an upgrade via a pair of RS165’s, which are a disappointment. Firstly, whilst I was aware of reports of wearer discomfort, I assumed that to be due to personal human differences, but as these have a greater clamping pressure, and a non breathable ear pad, they quickly become sweaty and uncomfortable. Range is very poor also, and even in our adjoining (to the lounge) kitchen they become directional, before fading totally.
