Hornby footbridge kit.
I only needed half for platform to retaining wall. I simply could not reproduce the lattice work iron, or the steps. The wrought ironwork was so close to the prototype I was modelling. The pins in the plastic needed glueing to keep the parts together and when painted looks fine. The really fragile parts were the brackets supporting the sides and running under the bridge. A Pleasing Purchase
Nice to purchase a pre-coloured kit that is relatively simple to assemble into a very attractive model quite quickly. The double track span was wider than anticipated but the finished product still fits neatly on my layout and certainly adds to the overall appearance.
