    Rushing into American History

    I am reading the Rush Revere books with my 10 year old grandson as part of his schoolwork. He loves the horse and its special powers. This makes teaching kids about American history fun and it isn't "too easy" for him to read. I help with a word or two now and then. Love Rush!!!!

    Invest in the Future

    Best investment I have made in my grandchildren! They LOVE IT! My 10 year old grand daughter is it's biggest fan, and can't get enough of it! I talked to our local public school 5th grade history teacher who doesn't like the author, but has had several students read the series and he is IMPRESSED with what they retain, and how well the kids know the history of the American Revolution!

    Thankful for a New Take on an Old Topic

    The author consulted primary sources to develop a kid-friendly, fact-packed historical narrative of the Puritains' voyage from Great Britain to the New World to enjoy religious liberty and begin a new existence. The writing style is light but informative. The talking horse character adds levity and maintains reader interest.

    A great book to get kids interested in our history!

    I have fallen in love with this series! They're fun, exciting, educational, and for those of us adults who slept through our history class it's a wonderful way to review. I bought the series to read to my 4th grade class so they get the real facts of our history. They have humor and gosh darn it, they're just a fun read! I highly recommend these books to everyone!

    Compelling and hysterical

    Awesome book. The author explains the voyage from Europe to the New World in an intriguing and hilarious way. My children love it and I enjoy reading it too!
