    Came in a reasonable time and as described. Packaging was done well making it come in same condition as photos. There is a scratch on the face near the select button, but pictures did show that (even if the lighting tried to hide it). For the price and with shipping included in have no complaints. Looks great and works great. Totally recommend this seller.

    Difficult at first to hold charge.

    I had to put the batteries on the charger about 5 times before they would finally hold a charge. The base shuts off after the batteries are at full charge so it was difficult to finally get them juiced enough to operate my controller longer than 10 minutes. But after a few days of switching them out with the other while the other charged, they started staying charged. I played last night for about 4 hours and it didn't die. So if they don't work at first keep trying. These are older batteries for an older console so I'm super stoked mine worked. Im teaching my 4 year old how to play the xbox I have before we commit to the new version.

    Unfortuntly defect and not working

    Product does not work as intended, stand charges the batteries, but quits charging a few minutes after it starts. Constantly have to readjust the controllers on the base, even though the contacts are straight and not damaged. Contacted NYKO support who said that based on the item number of the unit I received, the unit was most likely defect. Really unfortunate as this is one of the more good looking charging bases out there for the 360 :/ I see that others have been more lucky than me, but since NYKO support them selves admit that some of these have a tenancy to be or become defect, I can't recommend it. Rather safe than sorry.

    Does what it says on the tin

    Good quality, simple, easy to use. Charges two controllers quickly and simply so I never have to think about them.

    Works good after adjusting contacts

    Only one controller would charge at first. I had to bend the contacts out on the charger base. This is kind of tricky because they bend and warp too much pretty easily. Get them in the right place and it charges the battery pack without removing it from the controller

    Don't want to keep buying batteries? Don't want to take batteries out to recharge? This is for you and a great buy. It charge controllers fast enough and hold a really good charge. I recommend this for 360 players. 👍🏾👌🏾
