Tracking on the website was up to date and informative. Item arrived adequately packaged. Although outer packaging had been damaged/dented during the long transit (from Illinois USA to West Yorkshire UK), the internal packaging had not been affected and the item was intact and undamaged. Item was exactly as described and per photos on the listing. Very happy with the buying process and happy to recommend the seller.

When I contacted them, instead of resolving the issue, they lied and told me “it is what it is.” Totally dishonest, zero responsibility, and very rude. Avoid this seller at all costs – they sell junk, refuse returns, and waste your time and money. eBay should not allow sellers like this on the platform. whats the point of selling the latch with main component missing !!!!
