I was a bit skeptical about purchasing it onlie first, but whe I received the product, it was in great condition and the quality is great. Even the Sony logos are there. Even though they are different color from my original, there is nothing I can do about it, since the tan color is not available online. Great value due to free shipping!

It came secure too so replacement on my last headphones was quite easy. Took 7 days to finally ship out and 17 days to arrive. Still I recommend it if you need a replacement for your XM5s

(see photos) The seller was terribly uncooperative, difficult to deal with and refused the return/refund claiming the item was brand new even though the photos clearly show a used item. It took many days of messaging and eventually explaining to the seller that either he could accept the return or allow eBay to handle it. I hate to leave negative feedback but this was much more than a simple misunderstanding, it was deceit.
