  I cannot praise this company enough. I am an autistic woman and communication can be difficult for me. Even arranging a return is difficult for me; but this company were great and helped me out, answered my query quickly and organised a refund on the item I needed to return. The postage was fast, the item was packaged really secure. Item as described, it just sadly did not work and my garage put my old one back on again. Giving full stars because these things can happen

  Very pleased with this purchase. The Astra K rear left door lock arrived quickly and was securely packaged. The part was exactly as described by the seller and fitted without any issues. It works perfectly and restored full function to the door. Compared with the cost of buying directly from a dealer, this was excellent value for money and saved a significant amount.
