Excellent movie
I watched this movie years ago and I enjoyed it, the movie is about a doctor that uses laughter as a pain relief, he ends up being given a block of land to build a hospital for the very sick and dying patients, they use laughter as a pain relief, that is how there become clowns in certain hospitals to help the patients who are in pain or dying
