Weston food mill
I haven’t used it yet. Looks of quality and once I use it I will report back. Okay today I used my Weston food mill to make 4.5gsllons of sause, the machine worked as it should. Is an excellent machine but i wish the hub was metal and not plastic the othe thing ,there is no diretion on how to place an order for spares parts

So far I do recommend it .
