A brand new quality product
I haven't used it properly yet - but it was reasonably easy to balance and set up and once the battery had been charged it seems easy to use. There are a lot of extra's in the box such as the follow focus motor and the geared ring to go around the lens plus connecting leads for most makes of camera. Exceptional build quality and great sell through price.
