I ordered and received a mint actuator motor that looked like new from the factory with all the pins and clips attached. The shipping was just as described and arrived on time without any damage. The actuator is rather pricey though the dealer, but Recliner Parts USA has dozens at very reasonable prices that are half to a third less.

I HIGHLY recommend this seller. They are very quick to ship and very responsive. If any other issues arise with my chair and I know exactly where to go.
