USA made Craftsman raised-panel Professional wrench
These are one of the best Craftsman brand made wrenches out there, made in USA, probably made by either Armstrong or SK. These raised-panel handle polished ones were only made one year I believe, and they are rare. This thicker handle are nice to touch and gives great area for the force.
