This counter is just as solid as when it was designed nearly 50 years ago!
This counter takes me back about 45 years ago when I was a electronics repair and calibration technician and I made repairs and calibrations on many HP products along with a host of other technical champions of the day e.g Tektronics, Wavetek, Brush, Welch and many more. I was surprised at the excellent condition I found on the inside of the unit. I was happy to see it included the extension boards needed to service the counter. It is interesting that this is from the early days of LED's as they are just about 50 years old! I had to replace the green LED's for Channel 1 and 2 as they were both very dim.
