Flight instruction
Got this headset to use during my flight instruction time. Great price point, clear and easy to use. Also like the volume control on the ear cup as well as the Headphone input jack. Review of RA200 pilot headset
I am a Cessna 172p student pilot and I was looking for a basic headset for my lessons and future flights. After reading about multiple brands online I decided to go for the RA200 because of cheap price and good reviews. I was really worried about the volume and quality of sound but when I got the headset and tried it I could hear and be heard loud and clear. Pro's *cheap price. *Good input and output audio quality and volume. *you can adjust the microphone position. *fast delivery. Con's *Some people say that the cushions are not very comfort on long usage. I personally didn't experience any discomforts with headset, but I use headsets when using my PC for a lot of hours so maybe I'm just accustomed to the feeling. *you need a screw driver in order to adjust the headset to fit your head. but if you are not going to share it then you will need to do it only once. Best bang for the buck
I've been flying airplanes and gliders for many years and I've tried virtually every headset on the market including all the overpriced brands. Trust me when I say these headset are the best value for the money. The sound clarity is amazing and they are comfortable to wear. The new version have knobs instead of nuts for adjusting the ear pieces. Moreover, they are not made in China (like the rest of the universe) but in South Korea! Learning to fly

Aviation head set

Works great love the small plug on the side for music or phone.
The set is just as good as my David Clark 10-13 which cast 300.00. You will get a real bang for the buck. With the Rugged head set I can use a jumper to my phone for use. A good point to know I fly in a total open cock pit and still works great.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Really Top-Notch Headset
Works GREAT!! Lightweight, comfortable headband and ear seals. Sound quality is clear and clean, the mic securely stays in position, and the windscreen filter is thick enough to be effective, but not muffle your voice. Plus, the headset seems to be well made using good parts and materials; and it feels sturdy - nothing "cheap" feeling about this set at all. At this price point I can't imagine you could find anything better. I'm pleased with my RA200 headset - it does EXACTLY what Rugged Air says it will. Buy it!
This has been a great headset. It has taken me through initial flight training and has served me well. It is comfortable on long flights and the mic pics up very well. Awesome!
The RA200 was simply awesome. The same day it arrived I used it in a Cessna 172 SP. The clarity was unbelievable. My flight instructor (Who's a former airline pilot) complimented how my voice came across in his headset. Absolutely No static and No interference with a crystal clear sound from both ends of the mic. It was actually a pleasure talking to ATC with this headset. WOW Impressed
For the money. This has got to be the Best purchase I have made in Aviation. Great for Private Pilots. I am going to buy one for my wife. Everything about it works Very well.
