Spoke to seller they agreed to refund the 3.20 so I happily paid. Several conversations later and still no refund. It's now not about the 3.20 they can keep it ,it's the principle. Don't get caught out like I did. The item became faulty after a couple of weeks and you were informed of this and a return was procedure was initiated. After receiving the refund of exactly half the cost of the item I was absolutely shocked !!! You sold me a faulty item !! I will never buy from you again and hope nobody else does, if I Tom this back to a normal shop I would get a full refund !!
