The Fujifilm Fujinon XF 23-millimeter lens is compact, lightweight, and ultra-powerful. Featuring a fast and silent autofocus system, the lens can focus as fast as 0.05 seconds. The lens barrel is sealed, making it resistant to water, dust, and extreme temperatures. Great lens for street photography
This is a great lens. Especially to buy used, if you get the Made In Philippines one it's from 2019 and later, and the quality is excellent. I do not have the 1.4 version and I've read several reviews -during my research- that this lens performs better in many cases. Worth researching and spending twice the money on the 1.4 version. Very sharp, and smooth. All metal construction, Weather Sealed, light, and even though it looks a little weird (the front element is 43mm while the mount is 50, so narrower on front than back) it performs beautifully. It's my walkaround lens for life. For lens hood, I recommend the HAOGE LH-X35, it's a square all metal lens hood, hooks via bayonet. Looks beautiful.

Fuji X-mount 23 f2 Lens
Size matters. And so does sharpness. But angle of view and "charm" matter most to me. 35 equivalent focal length is both compromise and sweet spot nicely placed between wide and "normal". 35 feels more normal to my eye. But it's this lens' charm- it's rendering of out-of-focus sure- and it's indescribable quality of capturing light. I just don't know what it is. An Excellent Lens for Street Photography and Landscapes
This semi-wide lens is light with a small profile, which means it's a perfect lens for street photography and landscapes. And because it has an f2.0 aperture, it works well under low-light conditions. Most important, it produces sharp images with excellent color rendition and contrast. Excellent! Lightweight and very sharp

Yes, it's really good
Wonderful Fuji glass, all metal body feels high quality but not heavy, fast enough auto focusing, the 23mm is equivalent to a 35mm full frame so good all around lens especially for street. Compact lightweight wide angle lens
