How to : spare tire kit for Porsche 987/997 for a reasonable price
This works for 987 and 997 as those cars do not come with a spare tire or a jack for that matter. Buying a spare kit from Porsche would run in excess of 1k USD. Better than AAA for sure!

Perfect light weight scissor jack for use in a Tesla Model 3
Purchased this scissor jack for use in a Tesla Mod 3 which has no spare or jack. It is light weight and built low enough to fit beneath the Tesla's low frame. This type jack (aluminum and well constructed) was recommended by contributors to the Tesla club as some of us "older" drivers still insist on having a spare and a way to install one!
