He was also very willing to negotiate a price with me and I believe I got a great deal. packaging was ok, it got the job done which at the end of the day is the goal. It came as pictured though I wish they would have used the description to add things you can't see in pictures, some of the joints had me skeptical but were easy to loosen and tighten.
