Good but with a slight fault.
It is good if you use only one thing on it at any one time. I only use Bluetooth because if I use the WiFi it interferes with the Bluetooth. It gets 4 stars from because of that. If it had been brilliant with both thing on at the same time it would surely get 5+ from me. Easy enough to fit and add the drivers and I had it working in less then 10 minutes. Brilliant card however but does have that one fault. Lightning fast wifi.
Lightning fast wifi. I bought a new motherboard which lacked wireless. I hunted down this item because it's branded, it's extremely fast, comes with a half decent antenna and represents good value at the price I paid. I was not disappointed. Does what it says on the tin.
- Very easy to install and set up. - Gets a much better Wi-Fi signal than my old card (5 bars pretty consistently as opposed to 3 on the old one). - Bluetooth works well. - Strong magnet on the antennae to hold it in place. - The antennae cable could possibly do with being longer but it's not an issue for me.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Great addition to my pc for adding wifi
Arrived when expected. Great card that picks up a strong signal from across the house, since switching from wired to wifi not noticed any changes when gaming online. The price I paid was the best I could find online. No driver issues on Win 10 simply downloaded them straight from the gigabyte website. Worked out of the box
Loaded into an older HP z230 desktop running Windows 10. Took less than 5 minutes to fit in slot, attach internal usb cable, aerial and boot up. Windows found it and loaded drivers automatically. Using a Tp Link AC4000 router about 10 meters away, through 1 single brick wall and 1 double brick cavity wall filled with insulation achieve solid 5 bars on 2.4ghz and 2 to 4 bars on 5Ghz. Excellent if wired connection not possible.
I bought this as I could not run an Ethernet cable from my router to my pc. Granted that wired connection is always better but this hasn't let me down yet. Not had any lag online and it works great on either 2 or 5GHz (Virgins 5GHz has been know to go down in my area). My PC is at the opposite end of the house from my router and upstairs. I always get a full house signal wise. Really happy with this card and the price I paid for it. Not used it for the Bluetooth other than to connect to it and see that it works. Which it does. Easy to install and all drivers available online or with the disc included. I had mines in my rig, installed and working in 15 mins. Easy to install and super fast speeds!
Very fast, getting 110mbps on speedtest.net compared to 30mbps with my old WiFi card! Very easy to install, requires a free usb header on the motherboard for the Bluetooth function to work. Just a heads up, I used it as part of a new build and had to install the drivers first before installing it physically otherwise kept BSODing! Best value dual band Wi-Fi
I've used this Wi-Fi card in 5 desktop computers and it never fails to amaze me how much it improves internet speed. In most cases download speed matches ethernet connection speed. If you have a dual band router and still on single band (2.4 GHz), upgrade to this and you will not be disappointed. What is great about this model, is that it comes with a separate antenna with a magnetic base. It does not include a low profile bracket, but Gigabyte sent me when I asked. An internal USB cable is included to make use of Bluetooth. All drivers are automatically installed by Windows 10, no need to use the included CD. One thing I've learnt with Wi-Fi cards over the years - when Windows has completed installation of the drivers, check Device Manager that they are installed correctly, then reboot. Believe it or not, this completes the installation fully, as the Wi_Fi may work but connection/speeds may be erratic without a reboot.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
