  • I honestly think everyone should read this

    It's amazing and it's a page turner. I find myself breezing through it because it's so interesting. I was trying to slow myself down to really soak in all the valuable information but I can't help but read every page. I plan to revisit chapters or even reread the whole book when I'm done with the first read through. She starts each chapter with situations that are extremely relatable. She explains what went wrong with the boundary setting, explains how or why people responded the way they did, and explains what to do better. I learned a lot just half-way through. I truly believe everyone should read this because everyone can do better at communicating their boundaires and respecting the boundaries of others. People take things personally which causes conflict, but its really about making relationships stronger. I highly recommend this to all my friends and family and I don't think anyone will regret introducing this book into their life.

    Useful book. I didn't really know what these "boundaries" were that everyone was talking about, and now I do. Very easy to understand, actionable advice, and even scripts to use for improving relationships at home, with friends, at work, with yourself.
