Great sound for the 5x7 speaker size
Replaced the stock front door speakers in 2009 Crown Vic with factory CD radio - direct fit and easy installation, sound a lot better than stock. The bass is good for the 5 x 7 speaker size - as long as you are realistic in your expectations, you should really enjoy these speakers. These speakers are a lot more efficient than the originals, so I have to have the fader almost all the way to the rear stock speakers to have the sound balanced, and now the rear speakers sound like crap compared to these. I am going to buy and install the matching TS-A6986R 6x9 Pioneers in the rear next to get better bass, even though I will have to cut the metal deck to upgrade from the 5 x 7 (6 x 8) stock rear speakers.

Ordered on Saturday, installed on Wednesday.
Installed to replace the stock speakers on my 2004 Tacoma. I have these on a Pioneer AVH-X491BHS head unit that produces great sound with the 13 band eq, bass booster and speaker level controls. Awesome highs and bass that vibrates the rear view mirror make these a very good purchase. These have no grills and are intended for behind door panels. Nice fit with only a small area on the mount that needed to be trimmed due to these being a little deeper than the stock ones.

Exactly as expected
Great deal. Quality can’t be beat for the price. Sounds good being pushed by the 25 watts per channel my head provides. I do believe the sound would be much more powerful if the speakers were powered to their full potential but that’s on me. Good job Pioneer for manufacturing a top notch quality product at a price everyone can afford! Highly recommended!!

Factory upgrade
Very surprised with the sound quality. Upgraded rear door speakers with these. Change the entire sound of the car dramatically. Even has more bottom than the factory speakers. Wish pioneer made a 6x8 component for the front.

Excellent sq speakers!!
Quit buying other brands and buy these if you want sound quality!! I should've gotten them a long time ago!!! They really come alive with my Rockford fosgate 200.4!!! 🎵🎶🔊🕪🔊🕪😉😉😉

GREAT VALUE
I USED THESE TO REPLACE THE DRY ROTTED FACTORY SPEAKERS IN MY 1998 F150 XLT . PERFECT FIT AND SOUND IS GOOD. THESE SPEAKERS WOULD SOUND BETTER IF I ADDED A AMP TO THEM.

Okay the speakers are decent they sound good I wouldn't call them the best speakers but for the money I want to say excellent I pay $25 for the speakers and I installed them with the issue no problem make that perfectly you just have to cut off the other tabs for the 5x7 insulation or something else but other than that I'm happy with him

A pioneer perfect pitch;
These speakers are new and fit nicely into the Windstar doors. They arrived fast and were not damaged.
