Bought the books for my 4 year old during her preschool closure and lockdown. Great set of books to read to her. Plus there are 4 levels when she starts to read, with parent guidance to enhance learning. My little girl is not as keen on the books that would perhaps appeal more to a boy, but have a younger son who may be interested in them. There are some books that may appeal to a girl more too. It's great to have a mixture of books for your child whether male/female to exolore if they want to. The books got my daughter and I talking a lot about what was happening in the books. Most of the books are stories, some books are factual. Delivery was swift considering the lockdown situation. Great value for 50 books sitting neatly in a box.

Excellent set of books for a year 1 child
My daughter is happy with her books. She pretty much read most of the books on her own as a year 1 student apart from the one about Chinese history. overall very good set of books.

ROY ladybird books
Really good books, colourful with lots of lovely pictures, up-to-date stories but also has some classics. Really worked to push my little reader as school books were becoming too easy and predictable. These push them to try different words and stories.

Ladybugs books
Thank you I did reserve in the end and very pleased these will help my son to read i had many ladybugs titles when my eldest son was small and they really helped him they are also the best when it comes to colourful pictures to help child's imagination.

Great value, lovely books.
It's great value, nice mix of fiction and non fiction. Only thing is to research the levels, most schools use a different banding system. This is level 5/6 in Songbirds levels for example.

Good Quality Ladybird Reading books
Books were in very good condition and my 3 year old daughter loves reading them before bed.

Gift for my Grand Children
My Granddaughter is six and my Grandson is two and these books will help so much in their reading development. Books are in great condition and I am sure that they will get a lot of pleasure from them.
