Glides on perfectly!
The lipstick is a very dark pink/red colour because of the colour you are spoiled for choice for your lipliner colours, i usually wear mac pro lipliner in fashion boost , which is a lovelydeep violet pink colour so when you put the lipstick on top the colour combination looks amazing, the lipstick has staying power it justs glides on it's i would say feels like a matt but feels so soft on the lips and doesn't dry your lips out it has a very subtle smell to it which i like, and another combination you could try with this lipstick colour put on first a red lipliner or I've tried it with cherry and the colour looks amazing, this is my go to look for spring, and so pleased with the colour pay off, i will be repurchasing this lipstick again so i have backup, hopes this helps with your purchasing.
