When I messaged trying to find solutions and expressed my concerns, seller was rude to me and said I was “just trying to be difficult.” Instead of taking accountability seller just blamed USPS. I did receive a partial refund on item of $45 which will go towards reholdering the card. So now I must wait 45 days and pray it has no damage on it. When you contacted me about the cracked slab, I immediately offered a full refund. You then asked to keep the card and requested reholdering cost coverage, which I agreed to with a $40 refund same day. I'm unsure how accommodating your preferred solution comes across as 'rude.' You received exactly what you requested. Hope the reholdering goes well.
