I sent a message to the seller to inform of the situation for which there's no reply. I sent 2 more messages - no reply whatsoever It took Ebay's intervention to resolve this matter. Thanks to Ebay, I got my refund. I should be content that I was recompensated but it was an inconvenience chasing - I feel other buyers should be warned against dealing with this seller.

I contacted the seller who never responded so in the end I had to ask eBay to investigate luckily I managed to get a refund on the 12/8/2025. It looks like this is not the first time this seller has done this. I personally will never deal with this company again and would suggest other buyers would be very cautious.
