I even shipped it a more expensive way to get it quicker to you (we don’t charge shipping) you never contacted me about any issues until more a month after it arrived. We always stand behind our models and work with every customer! I offered multiple ways to resolve this of which you didn’t reply to. When I questioned the long time to report damage to me, you just ignored and went to eBay.
