    This is a workout video

    Or rather 4 videos. Good for the beginner who can start with the first one, then move on to the next one, as they progress in competence. A very good buy. Also good for those who start up and then fall off the exercise wagon a few months later. Very doable. No special equipment needed.

    Best Way to Exercise as a Senior

    I lost all my original Leslie Sansone "Walk Away the Pounds" VHS tapes in a house fire in 2018. I was absolutely thrilled when I spotted this DVD; it sounded like the four old tapes I enjoyed so much were together again on a DVD. When I put the DVD on to exercise for the first time and saw all my "old friends" walking away the pounds again I was overjoyed. This DVD is great for seniors. I have never hurt myself doing any of the moves, and if I'm a bit tired on any day, I walk the One Mile and feel no guilt.

    Keep buying Leslie Sansone She will keep you Exercising

    Like all the Leslie Sansone dvds the instructor and her classmates are upbeat and easy to follow. You can do as much or as little as you wish with easy segment. I never get tired of exercising with Leslie. You will enjoy this dvd as much as her others.
