Worst experience ever. Sent an expensive drive in a used diaper box full of holes. Drive was simply wrapped in a plastic bag and destroyed by UPS. It was then refused and returned to sender due to poor packaging. Almost a month later, some tramp with poorly applied makeup send it to MO instead of the sender. It then arrived like this. RUN

Convenience of wireless printing at a good price.
This Brother multifunction laser printer is a good value. Setup was not difficult, and the wireless feature will certainly come in handy, as I sometimes need to print from my phone. The print quality is acceptable, and the control interface is simple. Having used HP printers in the past, there is a slight learning curve, due to the difference in software, but this is to be expected when changing brands. So far, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.This Brother multifunction laser printer is a good value. Not the best quality, but lots of features for the price.
I have a Dell (Lexmark) monochrome laser that is 15 years old. It prints better, with higher resolution and makes much less noise. I thought it was wearing out when I bought the Brother... but after replacing the feed tires, it seems to be ready for another 15 years. The Brother was cheap ( $119 on eBay ) and it had a scanner with a document feeder on it... so I can do away with my old, slow, flatbed scanner. Pros Low price Scanner with document feeder WiFi & ethernet connections. Fast printing. Cons: Printing not very sharp and grayscale reproduction is not up to graphical standards. OK for text & simple hi-contrast graphics. The cheap plastic cabinet resonates and makes the printer very loud. So, because my higher quality, old Dell 1710n printer is working again for professional ... I have a Dell (Lexmark) monochrome laser that is 15 years old. Lastly, I'm still getting familiar with the scanning so I nay be missing something.. but so far, monochrome scans are dark and have backgrounding. The only way I can get a clean scan of a black & while document is to scan in a color mode. I work in the digital press industry and have worked with production printers and scanners for 30+ years, so I may be a bit picky on this subject.

Great product
So far everything is working as expected. I have been playing around with the features so that if I ever need to change settings I will know how. Delivery was quick and set up was easy.

It copies, prints, scans, faxes. No more trips from home anywhere to do any of those things. It's a bit over the top but for the price, it's a super value. Good luck getting one.

It took less than five minutes to set up.
I only use the WiFi printing function and it worked like it was supposed to. I was worried when I read the reviews, but from unboxing to printing couldn’t have taken more than five minutes. I downloaded the app to my phone and the scan function is just as easy.
